Q: How do I qualify for a free NCryptProx PRO Encoding System?
A: The MSRP of the NCryptProx PRO Encoding System is $1,295. However, when you purchase 2,500 blank Prox Cards, you qualify to receive the encoding system at no cost (terms and conditions apply).
If you need fewer cards, you can still take advantage of tiered, instant discounts on the encoding system when purchasing between 200 and 2,200 cards—reducing the system price below MSRP based on your order quantity.
Q: What kinds of access control proximity cards can this encoding system program?
A: NCryptProx PRO requires the use of NCryptID Prox cards to encode Prox formats. With these cards you can directly encode 26-bit (H10301), 37-bit with facility (H10304), and 35-bit (Corporate 1000) formats out of the box. Most other Prox formats are supported upon request.
Q: What Monthly Print Volume can the NCryptProx PRO support?
A: NCryptProx PRO produces over 200 programmed cards per hour.
Q: How Secure is the NCryptProx PRO Encoding System? Can any company purchase one?
A: At NCryptID, we take security seriously. Client verification is required for every new system order. All new clients are required to create a profile with us so we can verify your company details. This profile (security questionnaire) must be approved prior to shipping any new order. We also include a USB Security Dongle for every system that must be connected to the system in order to program cards. For added security, the USB dongle is shipped with the system only after client verification is complete, protecting both your system and your credentials.

A: The NCryptProx PRO Encoding System comes with a free 1-year warranty, customer support and hot swap program. Additional warranty and support programs are available for purchase.
